The apartments are on a quiet street in Earl's Court, a 5-10 minute walk from the Earl's Court Underground Station (Piccadilly and District lines). This gives direct access to Heathrow Airport, Piccadilly Circus, Westminster, and Tower Hill. Olympia Exhibition Centre is a 15-minute walk away, and the Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, and Harrods are within 2-3 km. A Tesco supermarket, many restaurants, and cafes are within a 2-minute walk. The area feels safe even late at night, and the street itself is calm.

Each apartment has a private entrance and includes a living area, separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower or bath. Kitchens are fitted with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. A washing machine, tea and coffee maker, dining area, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV are standard. Some units are on the lower ground floor with a patio, while others are on upper floors with a balcony or terrace.
