CENTRAL LONDON ROOMS N1 6RJ, London

The property sits in the city centre, offering easy access to major attractions. London City Airport is 11 km away, and Liverpool Street Underground Station is 2 km from the aparthotel. The nearest tube station is Hoxton (Windrush line), providing direct connections across London. The area is walkable for many central destinations, with a bus stop nearby and numerous stores and cafes in the surrounding streets. No on-site parking exists, so public transport or walking is recommended.

The property offers double, family, and single rooms, all with shared bathrooms. Each room features a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, dining area, and flat-screen TV. Family rooms have two beds (one single, one double) and garden views. Soundproofing is limited, with noise from other rooms and the street commonly audible, so light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. The rooms are generally spacious and include multiple plug sockets near the bed, wardrobes, and heating. Budget travellers will find the price-to-location ratio very competitive.

The well-equipped shared kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and ample cookware, enabling guests to prepare their own meals. Numerous dining options are located nearby, such as The Ginger Pig Cafe, Monaliciousfood, and Song Que, all within 0.3-0.5 km. The kitchen is cleaned daily, but utensil availability can be limited if the property is full. This setup is ideal for budget-conscious guests who prefer cooking over eating out.

The property does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or dedicated leisure areas. For recreation, guests can explore the vibrant neighbourhood of Shoreditch, with its cafes, shops, and nightlife, all within walking distance.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, though signal strength may vary in upstairs rooms; a password is provided at check-in. Self-check-in via lockbox offers flexibility after 2pm, with codes released ahead of time. Security includes 24-hour surveillance, CCTV, fire extinguishers, and safety deposit boxes. A minimarket on site sells basic groceries, and bicycle hire is available for an additional charge. Laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are offered at an extra cost. The property is a shared house with dedicated cleaning staff for common areas. No luggage storage is possible after check-out, so plan your departure accordingly.
