Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square are reachable in about 25 minutes on foot. The Viktoria Žižkov tram stop is a 3-minute walk away and provides a direct 5-minute tram ride to the city centre. The Airport Express bus to Václav Havel Airport departs from a stop 15 minutes away on foot. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet, with a Lidl supermarket 4 minutes away and many restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks, making it a practical base that balances proximity to the centre with a peaceful atmosphere.

Each studio is renovated and features a private bathroom with a high-speed hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Rooms include a Smart TV with satellite channels, a remote keyboard for internet browsing, an electric kettle with tea/coffee/sugar, and a minifridge. The beds are notably comfortable, and the rooms are described as spacious, clean, and quiet - particularly those not facing the street. Central heating and powerful electric fans are provided instead of air conditioning. Rooms do not include a balcony. Noise from the street can affect some rooms, so light sleepers may wish to request one away from the road.
