CHARMING NAVIGLI, Milan

Navigli is one of Milan's most popular areas, known for its canal-side bars, restaurants, and artisan workshops. The apartment sits in a quiet, gated courtyard at the rear of the block, offering a secure and peaceful base despite the lively surroundings. The nearest tram stop is a 4-minute walk (350 m), with Tram 3 taking about 15 minutes directly to Piazza del Duomo. For train travellers arriving at Milano Centrale, a taxi costs roughly €20-€25, or you can take the Metro MM3 Green Line to Porta Genova station (then a 10-minute walk). The location is also well served by walking: major attractions like the Duomo, Museo Del Novecento, and Santa Maria delle Grazie are all within a 1-2 km radius.

This ground-floor unit features a private entrance leading into an open-plan living and dining area. The separate bedroom has a soundproofed layout and a high-quality queen bed. The bathroom includes both a bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware, making self-catering easy. The apartment also offers a washing machine, ironing facilities, a tea and coffee maker, and efficient heating and air conditioning that can be controlled individually. Noise from the street and neighbouring apartments is limited by soundproof walls. The interior is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a warm, home-like atmosphere.

The apartment does not serve breakfast or have a restaurant, but the Navigli district is renowned for its food scene. Within a few hundred metres you'll find casual Italian spots like Panbriaco (0.5 km) and Vai che ce n'e di piu (0.5 km), sushi options at Tsuru Sushi and Sushi San (both 0.5 km), a Mexican eatery at Pancho Villa (0.5 km), and pubs like Cristal Pub (0.5 km). The proximity to Darsena also provides many canal-side restaurants and bars. For those who prefer to cook, the fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering with groceries from nearby shops.

The property offers free WiFi in all areas. Laundry service and ironing are provided free of charge, while daily housekeeping and dry cleaning are available for an additional fee. A trouser press is also offered (additional charge). Express check-in and check-out are automated using a secure keybox - no front desk is staffed. Luggage storage can be arranged on request if no other reservations overlap with your arrival or departure time. Pets are allowed with prior request and may incur a fee. Cot beds are available. The entire apartment is non-smoking. There is no lift - the unit is on the ground floor with level access.
