Despite the lively surroundings, the apartment faces an inner courtyard and is exceptionally quiet. Darsena is less than 1 km away, MUDEC is a 14-minute walk, and The Last Supper is 2 km. Milan Linate Airport is 10 km away, easily reached by metro or taxi. The area also has tram, train, and bus stops nearby, making car-free exploration simple.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and an additional sleeping arrangement (sofa bed or floor mattress), totalling 3 beds - suitable for a family of up to 5. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and tea and coffee maker. Air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, and parquet flooring are provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and free toiletries. A washing machine and dryer add practical convenience. The living area features a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a work desk.
