CHARMSTAY KENSINGTON OLYMPIA, London

The studio is located on a quiet residential street in Kensington, 3 minutes from Olympia Exhibition Centre and 1 km from Eventim Apollo. Barons Court tube station (District and Piccadilly lines) is about 7-10 minutes away; Hammersmith and West Kensington stations are within 15 minutes. A bus stop with services including route 9 to Trafalgar Square is just 3 minutes from the door. The area is safe and well-served with a Tesco Express (3-5 minutes), restaurants, pubs, and cafes within a short walk, making car-free city exploration easy.

The studio is newly renovated and spotless, with a double bed (standard UK size), a wardrobe with hangers, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, and basic cookware. The private bathroom is located outside the studio on a half-landing (accessed with a key). The room has heating but no air conditioning - a fan is provided. The ground-floor units have windows that open only partially for security reasons, so first-floor rooms are preferable for airflow and privacy. Noise from upstairs neighbours can be audible due to thin walls.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing simple meals and breakfast, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and utensils. Several restaurants are within 0.3-0.5 km, including L'Elysee Artisan Cafe, The Albion pub, Argentine Steakhouse El Toro, and The Melody Restaurant. A Tesco Express (3 minutes) and other grocery shops are nearby for stocking the studio.

The studio includes access to a small garden area, which is appreciated as a quiet outdoor space. For those seeking recreational activities, water sports and boating are available in the vicinity. The neighbourhood itself is calm and leafy, making it pleasant for walks.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio and supports streaming and business use. Luggage storage is available after check-out, which is useful for guests with late departures. A washing machine is provided in the studio for longer stays. Cleaning is offered mid-stay for stays over a week. The self check-in system works via a keybox with a code, supported by clear video instructions. The host is responsive and helpful via WhatsApp.
