CONCEPT SERVICED APARTMENTS, London

Concept Serviced Apartments are situated in some of London's most sought-after neighbourhoods, including Notting Hill, Bayswater, Kensington, Paddington, and Soho. Many apartments are just a 2-minute walk from Bayswater Underground Station (Circle & District lines) or a few minutes from Notting Hill Gate and Queensway stations, providing direct access to the Tube and Overground. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are within a 5-15-minute walk from most properties, ideal for outdoor activities. The area is well-served by bus routes (e.g., the 52 bus connects to landmarks like Kensington Gardens and Victoria & Albert Museum), and many apartments are close to Portobello Road Market, offering weekend markets and weekday nightlife. Paddington Station is a 15-minute shuttle to Heathrow Airport, making this a convenient base for international travellers.

The apartments are designed for self-catering, with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a hob, fridge/freezer, combination microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils-perfect for preparing simple meals. No on-site restaurant or breakfast service is offered. However, the surrounding neighbourhoods are rich with dining options: within a 1-3 minute walk, you'll find a range of restaurants, including Assaggi, Hereford Road, Selesa Restaurant Hyde Park, Cafe Aphrodite, and Durbar Tandoori Restaurant. For groceries, supermarkets are nearby, and street markets (e.g., Portobello Road, Shepherds Bush Market) provide fresh produce and street food. Many nearby pubs, cafes, and bars cater to various tastes, from traditional pub meals to international cuisine.

The property does not have its own spa, pool, gym, or leisure centre. For outdoor activities, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are within a 5-15-minute walk from most apartments, offering space for running, cycling, walking, and picnicking. The surrounding districts (Notting Hill, Bayswater, Paddington) feature numerous parks, public bike rental stations, and canal paths. Running routes along the park are a highlight for active visitors. Football fans can find Loftus Road (Queens Park Rangers) a short distance from the Shepherd's Bush apartments.
