For car users, paid parking is available at St James Square (EH1 3AD); no free on-site parking is offered.

The property offers private rooms within a shared flat, each with its own en-suite bathroom (shower or bath, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries). Rooms have a private entrance, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, heating, and a seating area. The double room has one king-size bed; the family room has a king, a single, and a standard double sofa bed, sleeping up to five. High ceilings make the rooms feel particularly airy and generous. Road-facing rooms can pick up street noise, but rear-facing rooms are consistently quiet. A hallway fridge is available for guest use. The flat is on the second floor with no lift.
