The apartment is set on a quiet street one block from the main pedestrian zone. St. Stephen's Cathedral is a 3-minute walk, the House of Music is 600 metres away, and the Vienna State Opera is 11 minutes on foot. The area is packed with restaurants, cafés, and shops. Wien Mitte station (10 minutes on foot) provides a direct train to the airport. The location is especially walkable for exploring the historic district, and despite its centrality, the street remains calm in the evening.

Each apartment features parquet floors, a seating area, and a dining table. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker. All units have soundproofing, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Bedrooms are separate from the living area, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Some apartments overlook the inner courtyard, others face a quiet street. The apartments are noted for being spacious, clean, and well-organised. Note that some units are on upper floors with no elevator, and the shower entrance is low - less suitable for very tall individuals.

There is no restaurant on the property, and breakfast is not served. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen including a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and essential cookware, making self-catering straightforward. The surrounding streets offer numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars within a few minutes' walk, including Purstner, Da Capo, and Ribs of Vienna, all 0.5 km away. A vending machine for drinks and snacks is available on site.

The property does not have a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. For leisure activities, an ice-skating rink is within walking distance. The central location makes it easy to reach Vienna's museums, opera house, and other cultural attractions on foot.

WiFi is available in all apartments free of charge. Self-check-in uses a code system; codes are sent one day before arrival, allowing access from 15:00 onwards with no late-check-in fee.
