Cloran Mansion Bed & Breakfast provides distinct rooms: Tower Room features a king-size bed, gas fireplace, and a bathroom with a private staircase to an 1880s tower with a whirlpool tub. Ann's Room includes a queen-size bed and an electric Dimplex fireplace. Sara's Room offers a king bed, a two-person corner jacuzzi tub with shower, a makeup vanity, a glass table for four, and a queen sleeper sofa. Alice's Room has a queen bed and a Napoleon electric fireplace. Antonio's Cottage, located outside the main house, includes a queen bed and a sofa that pulls out into a queen sofa sleeper, with the option to accommodate pets. All rooms provide plush bathrobes, Tarocco bathroom products, Mediacom cable television, a DVD player, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a mini-refrigerator with complimentary soda and water, central air conditioning, and a hairdryer. Ann's room includes a satellite flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a bluetooth charging station.

Cloran Mansion Bed & Breakfast serves a country breakfast in the dining room at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, featuring fresh fruit, locally produced meat, tasty entrée dishes, potato or vegetable sides, homemade breads, toast, delicious coffee, tea, and juices, plus eggs cooked to order. Special dietary needs, such as gluten-free or vegetarian options, can be accommodated with advance notice. A Keurig coffee maker, tea, granola bars, popcorn, ice, and a microwave oven are available in the common space. Guests can enjoy a catered dinner from Fried Green Tomatoes in Galena (dinners not available on Mondays or Thanksgiving Day).

Cloran Mansion Bed & Breakfast features 1.5 acres of grounds with a screened-in gazebo, a 1,600-gallon pond with waterfall, gardens, a swing for two, and a patio with fire pit. Chestnut Mountain, with skiing, is a twenty-minute drive. The Mississippi River, with bald eagle views, is a fifteen-minute drive.
