The meal is served in courses on formally set tables with china, silver, and crystal. The innkeeper accommodates dietary restrictions, including gluten-free and vegetarian requests. Staggered seating (8, 9, 10am) ensures an intimate atmosphere. Portions are generous, often eliminating the need for lunch.

Each room has its own private jacuzzi or whirlpool tub (the Tower Room features a two-person whirlpool in the cupola).
