The area is hilly, with many stairs leading down to the Colosseum level; those with limited mobility may find a taxi back from the Colosseum useful (around €10). A large supermarket (Conad) is a few minutes away, and several restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk.

The apartments are modern, bright, and spotless, with soundproofed rooms ensuring quiet nights. One-bedroom units have a separate living room and one bathroom; two-bedroom units have two bathrooms (each with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries) and can sleep up to six people (double, twin, and sofa bed). Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and tea/coffee facilities, plus a dining and living area with a flat-screen cable TV. Weekly cleaning and linen/towel changes are included; daily housekeeping or extra changes can be arranged for a fee. Some apartments have a small balcony. The building has a lift, though some apartments require climbing half a flight of stairs from the lift.
