COMFY FENIA STAY, London

The homestay sits in a predominantly Indian neighbourhood offering a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are close by, and the tube provides efficient access to central London. The area is generally quiet at night, though road noise and activity from other guests can be heard. For airport access, East Ham station connects to the District and Hammersmith & City lines, making City Airport reachable without a car.

The deluxe apartment is a self-contained unit with a private kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster), dining room, flat-screen TV, washing machine, and a private back garden. It sleeps up to 5 adults with a king bed and two singles. Shared rooms include double, triple, twin, and suite options, all with shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen. Rooms are basic with heating, wardrobes, and flat-screen TVs, but some have been reported as poorly maintained, with issues such as stained linen, broken fixtures, pests, and a general lack of cleanliness. Noise transfer between rooms is significant, making the shared floor option less suitable for light sleepers or families with young children. The property has two floors with 4 rooms per floor and one shared bathroom per floor.

The property does not offer breakfast or a restaurant. Guests have access to a shared kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a dining table. The local area features a wide range of takeaway and sit-down options within 0.5 km, including fish and chips, jerk chicken, Turkish, and coffee shops. The kitchen's cleanliness has been inconsistent, so cooking your own meals may require some planning.

There are no pools, spas, gyms, or recreational areas at this property. The only outdoor space is the private garden attached to the deluxe apartment. Leisure options rely entirely on the surrounding neighbourhood or travel into central London.
