CONDE DE IBARRA SUITE APARTMENT, Seville

The apartment is a 4-minute walk from Santa María La Blanca Church, less than 1 km from Barrio Santa Cruz, and 10 minutes on foot from the cathedral and Giralda. The immediate streets are lined with tapas bars and restaurants, including El Traga, Los Coloniales, and Bodega Santa Cruz Las Columnas, all within 0.5 km. A Carrefour Express supermarket is 300 m away, plus a pharmacy and bakery. Seville Airport is 11 km away, best reached by taxi (around 20 minutes) or by taking a tram from the city centre. Parking is a notable challenge since no on-site parking exists; public car parks such as Imagen, Cano y Cueto, or Escuelas Pias are a 10-15 minute walk. The area is pedestrian-friendly and feels quiet despite its central position.

The apartment offers a well-separated layout: a living room with seating area and TV, one separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, and a modern bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and a full set of cookware, crockery and utensils. Additional conveniences are a washing machine (with laundry soap provided), a clothes rack, ironing facilities, air conditioning, central heating, and parquet flooring throughout. The bedroom wardrobe and dining table add further practicality. The ground-floor unit opens onto a small terrace with patio furniture, useful for breakfast or relaxation, and looks out onto a quiet courtyard. The apartment is described as clean, airy and well maintained.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas, with fast speeds suitable for streaming and remote work. There is no reception or concierge in the building; check-in is fully automated via a code and link, which functions around the clock and is ideal for late arrivals. The management team is responsive via WhatsApp and can organise early bag drop-off between 11:30 and 12:00 if needed. There is no daily room servicing, but a mid-stay towel change can be provided on request. Luggage storage is possible during the cleaning window on arrival day; after check-out, no storage facility is available. No pets and no cots. Parking is not on site; the nearest public car parks are a 10-15 minute walk away. An invoice is provided upon request.
