The residence is in the Alfalfa neighbourhood, an area packed with tapas bars, restaurants, and shops. The Royal Alcázar of Seville and La Giralda are under 1 km (11 minutes on foot), Las Setas is just 4 minutes away, and Barrio Santa Cruz is a 13-minute walk. Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park are 3 km and 6 km respectively. Bus and tram stops are within a short walk, but nearly all main attractions are reachable without public transport. Seville Airport is 10 km away. Parking is not available on site, but a discounted public car park is a 5-minute walk.

Accommodation consists of studios and flats for up to four people. Standard studios are compact but well-appointed: a kitchenette with cookware, kettle, and microwave, a minibar, a tea/coffee maker, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable double bed. The superior studio adds a private roof terrace and is located on the top floor, which is quieter and receives more natural light. All studios have a window or balcony - none are windowless. Ground-floor rooms can be noisy from the street and the entrance door; upper-floor rooms are quieter. The decor is modern and clean. A full-length mirror is provided. Heating and air conditioning are included. The building has no lift, so rooms require climbing stairs.

The residence does not provide breakfast or operate a restaurant, bar, or snack service. The fully equipped kitchenette allows self-catering - many guests prepare their own meals using the hob, microwave, and kettle. The surrounding streets are filled with dining options: Bar Alfalfa, La Bodega de la Alfalfa, and Los Coloniales are just a few minutes away. A welcome pack often includes coffee capsules, water, and a small treat, but no cooked breakfast is available. For a fuller meal, the many nearby tapas bars serve hot food from early afternoon.

The wellness and leisure offer centres on the communal roof terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and provides a pleasant space for relaxation and views of Seville's rooftops. There are no pools, spas, saunas, or gyms. The superior studio includes its own private roof terrace, which adds a secluded sunbathing and dining area. The location itself serves as the primary leisure asset, with the historic centre and its monuments, parks, and nightlife all within walking distance.

Check-in is via a machine on the ground floor; if after midnight, guests must go to the reception at the sister hotel (Jerónimo Hernández street, 20) open until 06:00. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Luggage storage is provided free of charge in lockers at the sister hotel, useful for early arrivals or late departures. The tour desk at the sister hotel can help with tickets and transport. Safety features include a safety deposit box, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. A fax/photocopying service is available. The building has no lift and is not wheelchair accessible. Housekeeping is not done during stays, but the room is cleaned before arrival and the kitchenette allows self-cleaning.
