A 10-minute walk in one direction leads to the main strip with bars and restaurants; a 20-minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Matagorda. Numerous restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket (HiperDino) are within a 5-10 minute walk. Lanzarote Golf Course is less than 1 km away, and Lanzarote Airport is a 15-minute drive. Free public parking is available on site with no reservation required.

The apartments are spacious, with simple décor and light wood furnishings. Each offers a living room with a sofa, satellite TV (including UK and Irish channels), and a kitchen with a fridge, oven, toaster, electric hob, and electric kettle. The Superior Two-Bedroom Apartment - Beachfront guarantees a sea view and a balcony or terrace. Two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms: one en-suite and one family bathroom. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided; beach towels can be hired from reception. A small security deposit is needed to borrow a hairdryer. The pool and the beach are directly outside, and the area is quiet and peaceful.

There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service at Costa Luz Beach Apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, toaster, electric hob, and electric kettle, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
