Rancho Texas Park and Jameos del Agua Caves are within easy reach, and scuba diving is available nearby. With free on-site parking, a car is convenient, but the bus stop right outside also provides easy access to the coast and airport.

The apartment sleeps up to three guests with a double bed and a single bed, plus a sofa in the living room. The private bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, and the kitchen is fitted with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (including UK channels) are standard. The balcony has a lounger and catches the sun from afternoon to evening. Fans are provided on request for a small fee as there is no air conditioning.

The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and a Lidl supermarket is just 60 metres away for groceries. Numerous bars and restaurants are within a short walk, including Bar Match Point, Los Claveles Pizzeria-Cafeteria, and Blair's Restaurant, all about 0.5 km away, plus several more within 0.5 km. The property does not serve breakfast, but the kitchen and nearby cafés provide flexible morning options.

The balcony's lounger and sunny exposure provide a private spot for sunbathing. Scuba diving is available nearby, and a golf course is within 3 km, though diving is off-site.
