A room on the opposite side of the building offers a much quieter stay. For car-free travel, the free airport shuttle runs from 4am-10pm, covering the 5-10 minute drive to the terminal. The property is a 15-minute drive from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and 15-20 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium and the downtown convention centre. A handful of fast-food restaurants (Culver's, Denny's, McDonald's) are within walking distance, but a car or rideshare is needed for most dining and evening options. The well-lit parking lot helps with safety, and truck parking is available.

Room types include double/double, double, king, and suite configurations, all with private bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, and toiletries. All rooms have a microwave and mini-fridge, plus a tea/coffee maker. The property is older and rooms vary: some are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, while others have dated furnishings, stained carpets, and musty odours. Road-facing rooms suffer from constant highway noise (even with the air conditioner running), so a room on the opposite side is strongly preferred for light sleepers. Windows are single-pane, letting in noise, and landscape lighting shines into some rooms at night. The sofa beds are thin and uncomfortable. No rooms have balconies. A/C units can be loud but help mask outside noise.

Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 6:00-9:30 and Saturday-Sunday 7:00-10:30. The buffet includes scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, and good coffee - an above-average hot breakfast for the price point.
