The attached parking garage and nearby public garages make driving practical, but the location is best navigated on foot, by public transport, or by rideshare. The area can be crowded after major events, and street racing noise is common on weekend nights, but the convenience to stadiums, convention spaces, and dining is unmatched.

Accommodations range from double rooms and quadruple rooms with two beds to king studios with separate sitting areas and one-bedroom suites. All units include private bathrooms (bath or shower), air conditioning, tea and coffee makers, refrigerators, free toiletries, and a safe deposit box. Suites add a full kitchen with cookware and utensils, making longer stays easier. The decor is modern and clean, though some rooms show wear such as frayed carpet or water-damaged ceilings.
