COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT FORT MYERS CAPE CORAL, Fort Myers

The property sits off a busy road near Page Field, a regional airport with light aircraft traffic. Fort Myers Beach is a 30-minute drive, and downtown Fort Myers is about 10 minutes away by car. Free private parking is available without reservation, making car travel convenient. For those without a vehicle, rideshare or taxi is needed as no shuttle or public transit is directly adjacent. Nearby attractions include Fishermen's Village (44 km) and Sanibel Lighthouse (31 km). The Lee County Complex is 10 minutes from the hotel. While not situated in a pedestrian-friendly area, the location provides easy highway access for road trips and day excursions.

Rooms come with tea and coffee makers, seating areas, wardrobes, and flat-screen TVs with streaming services. Some rooms have balconies - request these when booking if outdoor space is desired. Room sizes are generally spacious, though some units may show signs of wear. Noise insulation can be inconsistent: road-facing rooms may pick up traffic sound, and interior walls are thin. Beds receive mixed feedback on comfort - some find them very comfortable, others too soft or lumpy. Showers offer good water pressure. Air conditioning units can be loud. The property is older and some rooms have reported musty odours or occasional pests; inspecting the room upon arrival and requesting a change is advisable.

The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect.® is open daily for breakfast (cook-to-order items) and dinner (varied menu including sandwiches, salads, and kids' meals). Breakfast is not included in the room rate; expect around $11 per person. The bar offers wine, champagne, and cocktails during dinner hours. A coffee house and snack bar provide grab-and-go options. Staff at the Bistro are generally friendly, though service consistency can vary. The dining area is inside the lobby and also has outdoor seating on the terrace. For guests wanting dining variety, several restaurants are within a short drive, including a sports bar next door.

Additional services include express check-in/out, laundry (fee), business centre (fee), and meeting/banquet facilities (fee). The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage and late check-in. A minimarket and vending machines provide snacks and drinks. Pets are allowed with possible charges. Accessible parking and facilities for disabled guests are available. Housekeeping is daily but may need reminders for extra towels. No room service is offered. A $50 per day incidental hold is required on a card at check-in. The property is non-smoking throughout. Key card access and smoke alarms are standard.
