COZY APPARTEMENT CLOSE TO PORT OF NICE, Nice

The apartment is in a quiet residential complex within walking distance of the old port and the centre of Nice - about a 25-minute walk downhill to the heart of the city, beach, and attractions such as Castle Hill of Nice (3 km). Because the return is uphill on a steep slope, using the nearby bus stop (which stops very close to the building) is recommended for a comfortable journey back. The area is well served by public transport and has a small supermarket 5 minutes on foot. For drivers, the free private parking under a secure gate is a significant advantage in central Nice, where street parking is limited and expensive.

The apartment is fully renovated, bright, and well-furnished, with parquet flooring, modern decor, and functional storage. It comprises one separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room that can accommodate two extra people (sofa bed or similar - the unit has 2 beds total), a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee facilities, plus a dining area. The private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Air conditioning in the living room keeps the space cool; the bedroom is quiet and overlooks the interior. The balcony catches evening sun, and the private terrace offers sea views. A washing machine and ironing facilities are provided. Overall, the apartment suits a family of 2 adults and 2 children, or groups preferring self-catered, private accommodation with space to spread out.

While there is no dining service or breakfast offered on the property, the well-equipped kitchenette (with stove, oven, refrigerator, and dining table) allows guests to prepare their own meals. At least eight restaurants are within 1 km of the apartment, offering a range of cuisines; the host can also provide personal recommendations. A small supermarket 5 minutes on foot is ideal for groceries and essentials.

The property does not have a pool, spa, or fitness facilities. The sun terrace and balcony provide private outdoor space for relaxation. The port area offers boating activities nearby, and the beach (Plage de la Darse) is 2 km away.
