COZY & LARGE LOFT, Milan

This ground-floor apartment is situated in a residential area of Milan, 3 km from Darsena and 4 km from Porta Romana Metro Station. Duomo Square and Milan Cathedral are 7 km away. The nearest dining options include Ristorante Pizzeria Il Gabbiano and Pasticceria Monia within 0.5 km. Public transport links are nearby but may require a short walk; the area is reasonably walkable for errands but a metro ride is needed for central attractions. Parking is not available on-site, making this location most practical for those arriving by taxi or public transport.

The apartment consists of one separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests on two beds. Features include parquet floors, a dining area, air conditioning, heating, and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom includes a shower and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine and coffee machine. However, the unit may feel dark even on sunny days, and some furniture - particularly sofas - could be older. There is limited storage for outdoor clothing, no clothes drying rack, and the bathroom lacks a mirror or toiletries. Light sleepers may find the living area less private if using the sofa bed. Overall, this is a functional space suited for self-sufficient travellers who prioritise a full kitchen and separate rooms over modern décor and spotless finishes.

The apartment features a complete kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. There is no breakfast service, restaurant, or bar on-site. Several dining options are within a short walk, including Ristorante Pizzeria Il Gabbiano (0.5 km), Pasticceria Monia (0.5 km), and Cik Fried Chicken (0.5 km), offering convenient alternatives for meals or coffee.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Pets are allowed on request with possible charges. Private check-in/out and lockers are offered, providing some flexibility for arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge; without it, guests should manage cleaning themselves. There is no parking on-site. The building has key access only and no lift. The property is non-smoking throughout with a designated smoking area. Services like laundry are limited: a washing machine is provided but no dryer or drying rack, and an iron is available but no ironing board.
