The property is situated on Culbin Drive in a residential area of Glasgow. Glasgow Botanic Gardens is 5 km away, the Riverside Museum is 6 km away, and Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum is 7 km away. Garscadden station is the nearest rail link for travel into central Glasgow. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, and basic cookware/kitchen utensils, making self-catering straightforward. No breakfast service or restaurant is on site.

Leisure

On-site leisure facilities are limited to a locked, unmaintained garden.
