CURIOSITY APARTMENTS, Prague

Curiosity Apartments sit in the heart of Prague, with major landmarks within easy walking distance: Charles Bridge (12 min), the Astronomical Clock (800 m), Old Town Square (less than 1 km), and the National Museum (1 km). The metro and tram stop is directly outside the building, making it effortless to reach Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, or Vaclav Havel Airport (13 km away). A shopping centre, supermarket, bakeries, and numerous restaurants are across the street, so supplies and evening meals are always close by. The surrounding area is lively at night, with a bar on the ground floor and a hostel next door - light sleepers should be aware of street noise continuing until late.

Each unit is a self-contained apartment with a private entrance, separate bedroom, living room, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware - ideal for preparing meals. Features include a washing machine, work desk, seating area, dining table, hypoallergenic bedding, free toiletries, and parquet flooring. Bed configurations range from a one-bedroom for two guests up to a three-bedroom unit sleeping five, with comfortable beds noted for their quality. While the apartments are spacious and well-heated, some units have old windows that let in drafts, and the building's age means soundproofing is limited. Rooms facing the street or the adjoining hostel can be noisy at night. The photographs shown may not match the specific apartment assigned, and some furnishings have been described as basic. A few apartments have been noted for cleaning issues, so checking the unit on arrival is advisable.

The apartments are equipped with a full kitchenette, so guests can cook their own meals. There is a bar in the building for drinks, and grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. The surrounding area offers an exceptional variety of dining options within a 300-500 metre radius: Elite Garden Restaurant, U Seminaristy, Vapiano, U Brejsku, Wokin, and Kavarna Creperie Quadrio are all a few minutes' walk away, while the famous U Medvidku pub is 0.5 km from the door. A large supermarket is located in the shopping centre directly across the street, open until midnight.
