The Újezd tram stop is right outside, with lines 9, 12, and 22 connecting you to Prague Castle, the city centre, and the main train station in about 10 minutes. The airport is a 20-minute drive or reachable via bus 59 and tram 20 with one change. The area is packed with restaurants, cafés, and a small supermarket, and the Petřín Lookout Tower is adjacent. Night-time street noise is a factor on lower floors due to the tram line, but double-glazed windows keep the interiors remarkably quiet when closed.

Each unit features a separate living area and bedroom, a small kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, and electric kettle, plus a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Rooms are carpeted, have heating, a wardrobe, safe deposit box, and satellite TV. Double-glazed windows were installed for noise reduction, so street and tram sounds are minimal when windows are closed. The kitchens are compact but functional, ideal for preparing simple meals or storing groceries. Beds are firm but comfortable, and apartments are consistently described as clean, quiet, and spacious enough for three adults. Some rooms have an inner terrace or courtyard access. No rooms have a balcony.

The restaurant, U Švejků, is open daily from 11:00 to 23:00, focusing on Czech classics and game specialties in a setting inspired by the literary hero Švejk. Breakfast is a continental or buffet spread served downstairs; it includes pastries, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and hot drinks, and is generally filling. Many choose to eat lunch or dinner here because the food is excellent, generous, and reasonably priced - the pork knee is a standout. The summer terrace and picnic area add to the appeal. For lighter options or a change of pace, there are numerous cafés and eateries within a two-minute walk, including Café Savoy and Kolkovna Olympia.

The apartments do not have a spa, pool, or gym. However, Petřín Hill - with its gardens, observatory, and funicular - is right next door, offering extensive walking trails, a playground, and a striking view of Prague's spires. The peaceful park provides a quiet escape from the city buzz in minutes.
