CURRY MANSION INN, Key West

Key West Aquarium is 400 metres away, Mallory Dock is a 4-minute walk, and the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum is 1 km from the property. Key West International Airport is 4 km away, so the transfer is short. Despite the central address, the property is quiet, and most entertainment, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot. A cluster of local eateries, including Irish Kevin's, Fogarty's, Garbo's Grill and Angelina's Pizzeria, is within about 0.5 km.

Each unit is a one-bedroom layout with one bathroom, so travellers expecting separate bedrooms should note that even a room with a king and a twin bed places both beds in the same room. The bungalow adds a separate living room and a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, refrigerator and kitchenware, while other suites provide a coffee machine, seating area, wardrobe and TV. Some units include a washing machine and dryer. Rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and air conditioning is provided free of charge. Non-smoking accommodation is available throughout.

Breakfast is not automatically included in every stay; whether a breakfast option is available depends on the dates and rate selected, so confirm when reserving. The restaurant opens at 08:00 and closes at 10:00 daily. Wine and champagne are offered for an additional charge, and the bar provides drinks on site. A range of restaurants and bars is within a 0.5 km walk, including Duetto Pizza & Gelato, Smokin' Tuna Saloon and The Rooster Tale.

The outdoor pool is free to use and comes with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, making it easy to spend a full afternoon outside. Water sport facilities are available on site, while snorkelling, diving and bicycle rental are available for an additional charge, some at off-site locations. Fishing is possible, and a golf course lies within 3 km. Free walking tours and live music performances are available close by. There is no spa or wellness centre on site.

Express and private check-in/check-out help arriving and departing go quickly. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge, and accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB and MasterCard. Family rooms are available and the property is non-smoking throughout. Security features include 24-hour security, fire extinguishers, security alarms and smoke alarms. Invoices can be provided.
