The hotel sits in a quiet yet well-connected area, directly above a metro station and within easy walking distance of Tokyo Station's Yaesu exit for Shinkansen and Narita Express connections. The neighbourhood is predominantly office towers, offering a calm atmosphere at night. A 7-Eleven is on the ground floor, and several cafés and restaurants are within a few blocks. Ginza's shopping district is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The Artizon Museum is just one block away, and Tokyo Midtown Yaesu is a 4-minute walk. The location is ideal for both sightseeing and day trips from Tokyo.

Double rooms feature a 154 cm bed, while twin rooms have two 120 cm beds that can be connected. Some rooms have windows, but those on the 13th and 14th floors have sealed windows that cannot be opened. Many rooms offer a separate bathtub and rain shower, a thoughtful layout for the size. The overall feel is modern and clean, though some interiors are described as basic. Soundproofing is generally effective, though occasional noise from upper floors may be heard. Room cleaning is provided every three days by default, with towel exchange available on request. Free amenities including face masks, bath salts, and coffee pouches are offered at the lobby.

The hotel does not have a full restaurant. The in-house cafe offers a breakfast menu and coffee drinks; guests receive a discount. Several independent cafés and restaurants are within a two-minute walk, including Ueshima Coffee and Dining & Bar LAVAROCK. Tokyo Station's underground Yaesu shopping mall provides many additional dining options. For self-catering, each room includes an electric kettle, and the nearby 7-Eleven offers a wide selection of ready-to-eat items.

The hotel provides a range of practical services: coin-operated laundry on the 9th floor (open 24 hours, detergent included), vending machines for drinks, and a trouser press. Dry cleaning and laundry are available for an additional charge. A safety deposit box is provided in each room. The front desk can handle currency exchange and fax/photocopying. Luggage storage is free before check-in, after check-out, and between stays. Pets are not allowed. Note that parking spaces are unreservable and may not accommodate oversized vehicles.
