DARZ GAESTEZIMMER, Hamburg

The guest house sits on a side street in a residential area, offering a quieter setting while keeping city access fast and direct. The nearest U-Bahn (Wandsbeker Chaussee) is a 3-minute walk, and an S-Bahn station is about 7 minutes away, taking you to Hamburg Main Station in roughly 10 minutes. Two supermarkets are 200 metres away, and bakeries, a café, and several restaurants such as Restaurant Feuervogel (0.5 km) and Urfam Restaurant (0.5 km) are within a 5-minute walk. The A24 motorway is reachable in about 5 minutes by car, but on-site parking is not available. The area feels safe for walking, even late in the evening, and public transport makes a car unnecessary for city trips.

Accommodation ranges from twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms to larger apartments with separate kitchens that include an oven, stovetop, microwave, and cookware. Some studios offer a small kitchenette with a kettle and microwave. The standard rooms are compact but practical, with soundproofed walls, heating, and laminate or parquet floors. However, room quality and layout vary significantly: some units are basement or semi-basement level, with limited light and street-facing windows that reduce privacy. These rooms may feel dated or have poor ventilation. Beds in some rooms are high in height (requiring a step stool) or consist of two single beds pushed together. The property has three separate buildings, and the room you receive may differ from advertised photos. Trundle beds and cots are not confirmed; check room details carefully.
