Parking on site is free and easy to access, but the property has a real-world parking lot that contains junked cars and a vehicle repair operation, making it feel more like a tow lot than a secure hotel car park. Rear building doors do not reliably lock, which adds a safety concern for cars and pedestrians alike.

Standard rooms feature a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, ironing facilities, hairdryer, and free toiletries in a private bathroom. Deluxe rooms add a large bathtub. Select suites include a spa bath. Bedding options include king-size beds, and rollaway beds can sometimes be accommodated.
