While the location is ideal for exploring South Beach on foot, the street-level noise from clubs and bars can be significant, especially on weekend nights. A car is not necessary for local exploration, but if you do drive, be aware that on-site parking is limited and must be reserved.

Units include one bedroom with a double or queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed (best suited for a child), and a bathroom with bath, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The kitchenette comes with a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware. Every apartment has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV; some offer sea views and a small balcony. The overall condition of the building is older, and some units show signs of wear such as dated fixtures, occasional mould in the bathroom, and poorly sealing windows. The air conditioning unit can be loud, and the street-facing apartments pick up significant noise from the bars below until late. For a quieter stay, request a room on a higher floor or at the back of the building. The apartment is comfortably sized for two adults; a third adult may use the sofa bed but will find it firm and narrow.

The aparthotel includes a restaurant and bar offering American dishes - burgers, steaks, salads - and a full bar with cocktails and beers. It is open for lunch and dinner daily. For a wider variety, dozens of restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Italian, sushi, Mexican, and seafood options on Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue.
