The property sits on Collins Avenue in the heart of South Beach, a short walk from the beach, Ocean Drive, and the Miami Beach Convention Center (2 km). Lincoln Road Mall is a 4-minute drive away. A free trolley bus stop on Washington and 13th Street provides easy access to all of South and North Beach. A French bakery is next door, and a 24-hour Walgreens is one block away. Despite the central location, the hotel is set back from the main drag and remains quiet at night.

Room types include the Deluxe King Studio (over 42 m², queen bed, kitchenette without stove), the Deluxe Double Queen Studio (two queen beds, similar layout), and the Palm Suite (one-bedroom with full kitchen, stove, dishwasher, marble and granite finishes, separate living room). Amenities include walk-in closets, in-room safes, ironing boards, and adjustable air conditioning. Some units (e.g., Suite 14 and 11) have been recently renovated with modern finishes, while others are dated with older bathrooms and furnishings. Air conditioning units can be noisy, and interior walls are thin, so sound from neighbors or the street may carry. Kitchenware is provided; it is advisable to check its cleanliness upon arrival. The suites are notably larger than typical hotel rooms, making them well suited for extended stays or families.

The property does not offer dining facilities. A French bakery adjacent to the hotel serves pastries and coffee. Ocean Drive and surrounding streets feature numerous dining options within a 5-10 minute walk, including Italian, Cuban, and American cuisine.
