Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is 6 km from the property. For getting around, the subway is faster and more reliable than streetcars. Guests arriving by car should note that parking is limited and must be requested in advance.

The property offers three room types. The Queen room (12 m2) and Deluxe Queen room (9 m2) share a bathroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. The Loft (triple) room features a private bathroom and private balcony, sharing only the living room and kitchen. All rooms are freshly renovated, with comfortable beds, good storage, and parquet floors. The triple room also includes a seating area with a TV and desk. A well-insulated building ensures quiet stays, and rooms have code locks for easy, secure access that eliminates the need for keys. Road-facing rooms are not an issue here given the quiet street location.

The shared kitchen is clean, well-stocked, and includes an electric kettle, cookware, and kitchen utensils, plus a dining table. Guests who prefer to eat out will find numerous local restaurants and cafés within a 1 km radius, including Wallflower, Viaggio, Pho Linh, and Phoenix Restaurant. The area also offers easy access to Little Italy for varied dining. There is no on-site restaurant or bar.

Guests can relax on the sun terrace or use the outdoor furniture and picnic area. The shared lounge is sunny and comfortable, with a large TV, and a deck is also available. For outdoor leisure, Sunnyside Beach is 3 km away. The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or sauna.

WiFi is free in all areas. The shared lounge/TV area provides additional relaxation space. Guests can store luggage in the room after checkout by arrangement, offering flexibility for late departures. No daily housekeeping service is provided, but the property is kept clean and well-maintained. There is no lift; rooms are accessed by stairs. Parking is not available on site, but a space can be reserved for 1-2 days at CAD 15 per day upon advance request. For longer stays, Green P or other public parking is recommended.
