The property is well connected by tram and bus lines, making it possible to reach most attractions on foot or by a short metro ride. For airport transfers, the paid shuttle service can be booked in advance; alternatively, the metro links to both Termini and Roma Tiburtina stations for regional trains.

Rooms are compact but functional, suitable for short city breaks. The double and quadruple rooms include a refrigerator and electric kettle, with tea and coffee facilities available. Garden-facing rooms tend to be quieter. Rooms without a garden view may experience noise from neighbouring apartments playing loud music late into the night, especially on weekends. Bathrooms are very small - some measure just enough for one person at a time, with mould reported in shower areas.
