ROMA FAMILY APARTMENT, Rome

The apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood roughly 1 km from Termini, with several bus stops within a short walk providing connections to central attractions. The area itself is dense with pizzerias, restaurants, and convenience stores - suitable for picking up supplies or grabbing a quick meal. For reaching the historic centre, it is about a 30-minute walk to the Colosseum or a 5-10 minute metro ride from nearby stations. The immediate street can feel busy, and some side streets are poorly lit at night, but public transport access makes car-free exploration straightforward.

The apartment contains a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, and an additional single bed in a second space - total sleeping capacity of up to 6. The main bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is thin and the extra single beds are basic; the space works better for 3-4 adults or a family with children. The bathroom has a compact shower and a toilet that sometimes flushes poorly. Air conditioning operates only in the bedroom, so the living room can get warm. Soundproofed walls reduce outside noise, but street parties and neighbour noise can still be heard on busy evenings. Wi-Fi works best in the living room.

The apartment does not include a pool, spa, gym, or leisure area. Relaxation is limited to the living and bedroom spaces. For activities, the nearby Termini area provides easy access to Rome's main sights, parks, and cultural landmarks.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and generally works well in the living area. Air conditioning is provided in the bedroom only, with a fan available for the rest of the apartment. Soundproofed rooms help muffle street noise, though total silence is not guaranteed. The kitchen comprises a fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea and coffee maker, and basic cookware - sufficient for simple meals. Luggage storage is possible for early arrivals before the 14:00 check-in. Street parking is available but not guaranteed, and off-site private parking costs €20 per day with a required reservation. No lift is available - access involves climbing stairs. Reception is not staffed on-site, but the host is reachable via WhatsApp for check-in and issues.
