DON GIOVANNI BY MMEGA, Florence

The property sits on a quiet street in the city centre, within easy walking distance of the main historic attractions. The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is 800 metres away, and Piazza della Signoria is reachable in about 12 minutes. Florence Airport is 11 km from the apartment. Several restaurants - Acquacotta Trattoria Toscana, Accadi Restaurant, and Iyoiyo among them - are within a 5-minute walk. The area is quiet and residential, which helps with sleeping in a central location. No parking is available, so car-free travel or use of the nearby Parking Garage Italia (0.5 km) is recommended for those arriving by car.

The apartment features 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and free toiletries). The living room includes a sofa bed and parquet floors. Each bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and kitchenware, along with a washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area and seating area provide ample communal space. The unit is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. Storage includes a wardrobe. The apartment is on the second floor with steep stairs - a factor for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. The interior is renovated, spacious, clean, and bright, with a comfortable layout that works well for families or a group of six.

Free WiFi is available in the rooms. The apartment is fully non-smoking throughout. No pets are allowed. The property accepts Visa, Maestro, CartaSi, and MasterCard. There is no on-site parking, but a public garage is located 0.5 km away. The apartment provides free toiletries, a washing machine, and a coffee machine for guest use. Cots can be provided if needed. The entrance is via a traditional Florentine building with steep stairs to the second floor.
