DREAM HOUSE ROOMS MALAGA - HABITACION EN EL APARTEMENTO, Malaga

The property sits on the western edge of Málaga, a short walk from the beach and the seafront promenade lined with restaurants and cafés. The Automobile and Fashion Museum is 300 metres away, and the historic city centre is roughly a 30-minute walk or a short bus/metro ride. The closest metro station is under 10 minutes on foot, and a bus stop for the airport bus is 3 minutes away, making car-free access practical. Parking is free on nearby streets, though spaces can be limited, especially during roadworks. The neighbourhood is quiet, but walking to central attractions takes time, so a taxi or public transport is recommended for city-centre sightseeing.

Each room features a large comfortable bed, air conditioning, soundproofed walls, tiled floors, a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, and a washing machine for personal use. Room sizes are compact, suitable mainly for sleeping and storing luggage, not for extended living space. The shared bathroom is modern and well-equipped but is used by up to 6 people, so morning and evening queues are typical. Some rooms have large windows without blackout curtains, meaning street light can affect sleep. Comfort is best for a single-night stopover; guests seeking privacy or quiet for longer stays may find the setup less suitable.

The property has no wellness or leisure amenities on site. The main draw is the beach, an 8-minute walk away, and the long promenade ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling. Sun umbrellas are available for use. The Automobile and Fashion Museum is 300 metres away for a cultural visit. The residential area is quiet and suitable for relaxed strolls, but guests looking for a gym, spa, or pool should plan to use off-site facilities.

Wi-Fi is free throughout. Free public parking is available on nearby streets, no reservation needed, though it can be competitive. The property uses a self check-in system with a key box, and instructions are provided by the host. A luggage drop-off before standard check-in is sometimes possible by arrangement. The apartment has 24-hour security, CCTV, and individual room locks. The host is responsive via message and phone. Housekeeping is not daily; the shared areas and bathroom are cleaned superficially, so condition can vary. No shuttle or airport transfer is available, but a taxi to the airport costs about €10.
