The neighbourhood is calm and quiet, though construction activity on nearby buildings has been noted during daytime hours. For car travel, the area provides good access to surrounding highways.

Three apartment configurations are available: a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit (sleeps 6, ideal for families), a 1-bedroom apartment (sleeps 2), and another 1-bedroom layout (sleeps 2). All units feature air conditioning, soundproofing, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). The 3-bedroom apartment includes a balcony; other units have access to a shared roof terrace with outdoor furniture. A cot can be provided upon request. While the apartments are generally described as spacious and clean, some units have experienced cleanliness issues upon arrival (dust, sticky surfaces, dirty utensils). Single-use toiletries and basic kitchen starter packs (salt, oil, vinegar, coffee) are provided at check-in.

The surrounding area offers a calm neighbourhood suitable for walks, and direct metro access (3-minute walk) opens up the city's cultural attractions, including the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, and the Automobile and Fashion Museum (1 km). Several parks and the port area are within easy reach via public transport.
