The area offers easy access to local food stalls and a monorail station. KLIA Ekspres is a 10-minute walk via Jalan Tun Sambanthan, and the distance to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 22 km. The location is suitable for travellers who prefer walking or using Grab, as the immediate area is not ideally walkable to all city sights without a short ride.

Rooms range from studios with 1 bed to suites with up to 3 beds (twin/double), all equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, cookware), seating area, work desk, and flat-screen TV. Some rooms offer in-room bathtubs and two televisions. The condition of furnishings (sofa, closet doors) and cleanliness (cockroaches reported in many units) can vary significantly.
