The hostel is set in Little India, a vibrant area with 24-hour eateries, markets and grocery shops. KL Sentral station gives direct access to airport buses, LRT, MRT, KTM and monorail lines, making it easy to reach the city centre, Chinatown, and attractions like Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia (2 km) and Perdana Botanical Gardens (2 km). Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 22 km away. The immediate surroundings offer numerous Indian and local restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

The accommodation is basic and practical, suited for short stays or layovers. Private rooms are compact with a built-in platform bed, fan, and wardrobe; some have city-view windows (subject to availability). Female and mixed dorms offer bunk beds with individual lockers and cupboard space. Dorm bathrooms are shared and not separated by gender. Rooms can vary - some may have limited natural light, and noise from hallways or neighbouring rooms may carry. The property is adults only.

teaPODs cafe operates on the ground floor and offers a range of drinks and a casual atmosphere. The cafe is a social space for working or meeting other travellers. Breakfast may be available depending on the booking. The surrounding Brickfields area is packed with Indian and local eateries, including roti canai stalls, nasi kandar, and 24-hour mamak restaurants, all within a short walk.

The rooftop terrace provides a pleasant space with views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, including the Petronas Towers from a certain angle. It's furnished for lounging and socialising, though mosquito repellent is advisable in the evenings. Board games and puzzles are available for guest use. There is no pool, spa, or gym on the property.

WiFi is free and available throughout the hostel. A lift provides access to upper floors. Luggage storage is available for RM 10 per bag per day; luggage can also be left before check-in. A shared lounge with TV is located on the ground floor, and an iron and ironing board are available downstairs. The property has lockers in dorms, CCTV in common areas, and fire extinguishers. Reception operates 08:00-02:00; check-in is from 15:00, with self-check-in possible after 2am by prior arrangement. No key deposit is required, but a refundable RM 20 key deposit applies on checkout.
