The resort is situated right on the beach with the ocean just steps away. Pompano Pier is a short 8-minute walk, and the Pompano Beach Amphitheater is 3 km away. Numerous restaurants, including Mora Grill (0.5 km) and Sunset Catch Restaurant (0.5 km), as well as a Publix grocery store (1 km) and a Walgreens (one block), are within easy walking distance. The area is walkable, and many visitors find they do not need a rental car. Free on-site private parking requires a reservation.

Accommodations range from studios to one-bedroom apartments, all with private bathroom and free WiFi. Many rooms include a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Some units on the second story have a deck overlooking the pool and ocean, while others feature ocean view sun deck access. Windows open to let in ocean breeze and sound. Bed options include queen, king, and double beds. Some rooms can accommodate additional rollaway beds for a fee; maximum occupancy varies by room type (some up to 3 or 4). All rooms have air conditioning, a sitting area, and a dining area. Housekeeping provides daily towel replacement and trash removal.

Ebb Tide Resort does not have its own restaurant or bar. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, including Mora Grill, Taco Station, and Sunset Catch. A grocery store (Publix) and convenience store (Walgreens) are also nearby for self-catering. Each room includes a kitchen or kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, allowing guests to prepare meals.

The resort features a heated outdoor swimming pool open all year, with a shallow end and pool/beach towels provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent at $5 per item per day. Yoga classes are offered on site. Additional activities include cycling, film nights, and use of barbecue facilities and picnic areas. The resort also offers a public bath and massage services (additional charge). The beach is directly accessible from the property.
