E&C PENSION ROOMS, Vienna

The property lies in a peaceful residential area on the edge of the city, with countryside just 2 minutes away. The U1 metro station Oberlaa is a 5-10 minute walk, providing a direct 15-minute ride to the city centre. A bus stop is right outside. Free private parking is available on site, making it convenient for drivers. The nearby motorway provides easy access, and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet at night. A restaurant (Heuriger) is 0.5 km across the road, and a supermarket (Billa) is within a short walk.

Available room types include single, double, and family rooms, as well as multi-bedroom apartments. All feature private bathrooms with a shower, soundproof walls, and a terrace or garden view. Rooms are equipped with a work desk, seating area, refrigerator, and an electric kettle. Bed setups vary: single rooms have 1 bed, double rooms offer 1 or 2 beds, and family rooms provide up to 7 beds. Some units include a separate living room and dining area. However, cleanliness and maintenance have been inconsistent; some rooms may show dust, mould, or wear. The property is budget-oriented, so amenities are basic.

Breakfast is offered at 12 EUR per person, but communication issues mean it may not be provided even when booked. A Heuriger (traditional wine tavern) is directly across the street at 0.5 km, offering a local dining option. Several other restaurants and a supermarket are within a short walk, providing alternatives for meals.

The property features a garden and a terrace with garden views, offering a peaceful outdoor space. The surrounding area is ideal for walks in nature, with countryside nearby. The Therme Wien thermal spa is a 10-minute walk away, providing additional leisure options.
