MH APARTMENTS, Vienna

The apartment is set in a residential area, offering a peaceful base while keeping the city centre easily reachable. The U1 line station is a short walk away, providing a direct 15-20 minute connection to Karlsplatz and Stephansplatz. Vienna Airport is 15 km away. Two traditional wine taverns (Heurigen) - Weinbau & Buschenschank Familie Frauneder and Weinlaube Oberlaa - are within 0.5 km. A supermarket is about a 10-minute walk, and the Therme Wien thermal baths are also within walking distance. The building's own underground garage eliminates the need to search for street parking. For those arriving by car, the location is convenient for onward travel, with good access to the airport and main roads.

The apartments are designed for practical self-catering stays. The two-bedroom layout - with separate bedrooms and a living room - works well for families or groups of up to 4 adults, but the sofa in the living room does not fold out and is unsuitable for sleeping. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and basic cookware. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in both summer and winter. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower. The terrace offers garden views. Some units have been recently renovated. Note that the apartment - and the building overall - can be sensitive to noise, and rooms may show some wear. The apartment is non-smoking throughout.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service in the building, so all meals are self-prepared or eaten out. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic utensils, making grocery-based cooking straightforward. A supermarket is within walking distance. The surrounding neighbourhood includes traditional Heurigen wine taverns (Weinbau & Buschenschank Familie Frauneder and Weinlaube Oberlaa), both about 0.5 km away, and a café (Kurkonditorei Oberlaa) with breakfast options is nearby.

The building does not have its own wellness facilities. However, the Therme Wien thermal baths are within a 10-minute walk, providing an alternative for relaxation and swimming. The Oberlaa area includes a park that is suitable for walks. The neighbourhood is quiet, with a few Heurigen (wine taverns) close by. For longer leisure needs, the metro provides quick access to Vienna's cultural attractions.
