The nearest airport is Don Mueang International Airport, 23 km away; Suvarnabhumi Airport is reachable via Airport Rail Link from Phaya Thai station. The area is walkable for food and transport, with 7-Eleven and several eateries within a few minutes' walk.

Private double rooms include air conditioning, a desk, an electric kettle, and a private shower with free toiletries and slippers. Some private rooms also feature a washing machine. Dormitory beds come with reading lamps, power sockets, privacy curtains, and lockers large enough for a full backpack. Shared bathrooms are kept spotless and include showers with good pressure and hot water. Note that the property has no elevator - female dorms are on the 2nd floor, mixed dorms on the 3rd, and some private rooms on the 4th. Rooms are soundproofed, and the atmosphere is quiet despite the central location. Beds tend to be on the firmer side, typical for Thailand.

Free drinking water, tea, and coffee are available in the lobby during reception hours. Within a 1-2 minute walk, Patpong Night Market offers numerous street food stalls, and many restaurants are clustered around the BTS and MRT stations.
