The hostel sits on Petchaburi Road in central Bangkok, within a 10-16 minute walk to Siam Discovery, MBK Center, and Jim Thompson House. SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World and Lumpini Park are also nearby. The surrounding area is packed with street food stalls, local eateries, and three 7-Eleven stores within a short walk. Public transport is excellent - BTS, airport rail, and abundant taxis or ride-hail services make travel across the city straightforward. A pier for boat access to Wat Saket is just beyond the station. For guests with heavy luggage, a lift is available about 100 metres away.

Rooms include air conditioning, a work desk, dining table, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and free Wi-Fi. Bed options range from dormitory beds (several single beds per room) to private double, triple, quadruple, and family rooms (up to 8 beds). Each bed is equipped with a reading light, power socket, curtain, and a personal locker (bring your own padlock). Some rooms feature a fireplace, washing machine, or city views. Road-facing rooms can experience traffic noise, and lightweight partitions mean sound travels easily. Upper-floor rooms require climbing stairs. Bed size is comfortable and mattresses are generally praised, though pillows are high. No private bathrooms; shared bathrooms are located on every floor.

The breakfast is simple and self-service, with bananas sometimes available. For additional meals, the shared kitchen offers a microwave, hot water, and a water refill station. Surrounding streets are packed with affordable Thai street food, including grilled chicken, papaya salad, and pad thai, as well as a wide variety of casual restaurants within a few minutes' walk. A vending machine for drinks is also on site. There is no restaurant or bar, but the location offers abundant dining options at all hours.

The hostel provides free walking tours and free cooking classes for guests. Live sport events are broadcast, and a tour desk can help arrange local culture classes (additional charge). Board games and puzzles are available in the common lounge. The rooftop is open for relaxing, and has washing and drying facilities. No pool, spa, or gym.

General facilities include free high-speed Wi-Fi, a shared lounge with TV, a shared kitchen, and a minimarket on site. A hairdresser/beautician service operates on the premises. Safety features include CCTV, key card access, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and safety deposit boxes. Reception provides tour desk, luggage storage, and express check-in/out. Laundry and dry cleaning are available for an additional charge; a washing machine is on the rooftop. Daily housekeeping is included. Bicycle parking and fax/photocopying are free. No lift and no parking.
