EKOCHERAS BY MOKA AT CHERAS, Kuala Lumpur

The apartment is located 30 km from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport and about 8 km from major city landmarks such as Berjaya Times Square, Starhill Gallery, KLCC Park, and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The on-site mall offers a range of shops and dining, including Xin Dau Ji (0.5 km), Steamboat Factory (0.5 km), and several other restaurants within 1 km. The MRT stations make car-free travel to the city centre straightforward, while the property's own free private parking (reservation required) suits those arriving by car. The building is secure, with key card access to elevators and common areas. For early arrivals or late departures, paid luggage storage is available at the Moka shoplot on the mall's LG level.

Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and kitchenware, along with a washing machine and dryer. Bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Living areas come with a flat-screen TV offering streaming services (Netflix, YouTube). The units are allergy-free and soundproofed, with air conditioning and parquet flooring. The number of beds varies per unit (typically 2 to 5), including options with a futon and a sofa bed. Some units have executive lounge access. While most furnishings are modern and minimal (Muji-style decor), a few units have been noted as more basic in finish. Upper-floor apartments offer better city views. For larger groups, the spacious layout (e.g., 1 living room, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in some units) works well. The property style is functional and practical, best suited for travellers who value space, kitchen facilities, and modern amenities over luxury finishes.

The wellness facilities include an infinity pool located on the rooftop, open all year from 09:00 to 22:00, with sun umbrellas, a shallow end, and a fence around the pool for safety. The pool area also offers views over the university and city. Additional leisure amenities are a sauna, hot tub, open-air bath, and a fitness centre (fitness centre and open-air bath are free; sauna and jacuzzi are free; outdoor swimming pool may require an additional charge). There is a children's playground on site. For entertainment, karaoke is available for an additional charge. The surrounding area is quiet and conducive to relaxation, with a peaceful environment noted. The property is well-suited for families, with the pool and playground being popular with children.

Practical facilities include free Wi-Fi throughout the property, a business centre, and a minimarket on site. Parking is available with three options: free private on-site parking (reservation needed), accessible parking, and street parking, plus valet parking. Security features 24-hour CCTV in common areas and outside, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, key card and key access, and a security alarm. Reception services offer private check-in/out, an ATM/cash machine on site, currency exchange, and lockers. There is a barber/beauty shop on the premises. Laundry is made easy with in-unit washer/dryer, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The property is accessible by lift and is non-smoking throughout, with designated smoking areas. The on-site minimarket is convenient for essentials. The Moka team provides WhatsApp-based support, with fast responses reported for handling Wi-Fi or TV issues. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00; late check-out is available for a fee of RM30. A deposit of RM200 is required at check-in. Paid luggage storage is available at the Moka shoplot in EkoCheras Mall LG level.
