Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a variety of restaurants (Italian, Indian, Spanish), a supermarket, and a shopping centre. Tenerife South Airport is 28 km (about 30 minutes by car). Aqualand water park is 10 km away. The area is calm and family-friendly, ideal for a relaxing stay.

Both have a balcony or terrace with sea views; apartments on the 9th and 10th floors provide sunrise-to-afternoon sun and sunset panoramas. The complex is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Beds are comfortable, and the apartments come with ironing facilities, trouser press, dining table, and garden furniture.

The apartments are stocked with a full kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware) so preparing meals at home is easy.
