Charles de Gaulle-Étoile RER station (RER A) is a 5-minute walk, providing direct access to La Défense and both major airports via RER B. The Palais des Congrès is 900 metres away, and key sights like the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Opéra are a short metro ride from Ternes station.

Room types include Single (shower), Double (shower or bath), Double with terrace, Twin (bath), Triple (one double and one single bed), and Family (one large bed and two single beds). The family room and an accessible room are on the ground floor. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, safe, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have a courtyard view and are very quiet; others face the street. Soundproofing between rooms can be inconsistent, so light sleepers may prefer a quieter location away from the lift. Room sizes are typical for central Paris, with some rooms feeling compact; renovated rooms offer a fresher décor.
