The hotel sits on a lively, safe street lined with local bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and a large food market on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings. Convention metro station is a 5-minute walk, providing direct access to Montparnasse, Montmartre, Saint-Lazare, and the Musée d'Orsay without changing lines. Several bus lines and tram T3a (stop Georges Brassens, 10 min walk) serve the area. Montparnasse Tower observation deck, André-Citroën park, and Beaugrenelle shopping centre are within easy reach. The Eiffel Tower is a pleasant 40-minute walk or a short metro ride. For train travellers, Gare Montparnasse is one stop away on Line 12.

Double rooms (16 m2) have a large bed (140x190 or 160x190 cm) and a private bathroom with shower or bath. Twin rooms (16 m2) offer two single beds. Executive rooms (20 m2) are available as either double or twin, with a walk-in shower. Privilege rooms (22 m2) add a sofa bed, sleeping up to three. Suites (30 m2) include two separate sleeping areas (double bed + sofa bed for two) and a bathtub - ideal for families or groups. All rooms have a flat-screen satellite TV, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, and L'Occitane toiletries. Daily housekeeping provides fresh towels and makes the bed. No balconies; views are of the street or neighbouring buildings. Some rooms have been recently renovated, and a light paint smell may linger. Noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor can be noticeable, particularly on lower floors.

Breakfast runs from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 10:30 on weekends, priced at €15. Children under 12 eat free. The buffet includes fresh pastries, bread, cereals, seasonal fruit, charcuterie and cheese, plus hot drinks and juice. In the lounge area, hot and cold drinks and sweet/savoury snacks are available throughout the day. There is no restaurant or bar on site; the neighbourhood offers numerous cafés, bakeries, and brasseries within a few minutes' walk.
