The studio is inside the secure, quiet Muelle Uno building, with the beach a 2-minute walk west and the harbour restaurants right outside. The airport bus stop is 5 minutes away, and a Carrefour supermarket is around the corner. Malaga Cathedral is 1 km away, the Picasso Museum a 12-minute walk, and Gibralfaro Viewpoint and the Port of Malaga within 3 km. The location works equally well on foot or by bus, with direct airport access.

The apartment has two separate beds (both made on arrival), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, a microwave, coffee machine, and includes welcome water and Prosecco. Blackout roller blinds make the room completely dark for sleeping. The building is quiet, and the property is spotlessly clean. Beach towels and an umbrella are provided.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen for cooking and storing food. Within 300 metres there are eight restaurants including Cafe de Paris, Albahaca, Hard Rock Cafe, and Trastevere, plus a supermarket around the corner. The marina terrace is lined with more dining options. Breakfast items can be bought at the nearby Carrefour; there is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service.

The location offers direct access to La Malagueta Beach with free beach umbrellas. The marina and harbour promenade are immediately next door, with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Malaga Park (600 metres) and the historic centre are within a 10-15 minute walk. There are no on-site spa or pool facilities.

WiFi is free and fast, suitable for streaming. Private parking costs €15 per day on site (small cars only, no reservation needed, parking garage). Private check-in/out is handled by the host, who can also store luggage before check-in or after check-out. One baby cot is available, but no high chairs. The studio is non-smoking throughout, and pets are not allowed. An invoice is provided.
