ESTUDIOS SUITES PLACENTINES, Seville

Studios Placentines sits on a pedestrian-friendly street directly opposite the Cathedral and La Giralda, placing you steps from the city's main landmarks. Triana Bridge is a 12-minute stroll, while Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park are 2 km away - a pleasant walk or short taxi ride. The apartment opens onto a lively area full of bars and restaurants; inner patio units stay quiet, while street-facing ones have lively ambient street noise. The central location also makes the Seville airport bus stops easily reachable.

Studios offers three apartment configurations: a studio (1 bed), a one-bedroom with living room (2 beds), and a spacious two-bedroom with two bathrooms (4 beds). All units come with a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware), washing machine, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and seating area. The private bathrooms include a bath or shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Many apartments have a small patio or open onto a charming inner courtyard. While modern inside, the building retains Andalusian character. The two-bedroom unit includes a sofa in the living area.

Each apartment's kitchenette is fully equipped for cooking and storing food, and the surrounding streets are packed with tapas bars and restaurants - Gusto, El Pinton, Torero Tapas, Mama Bistro, and a dozen more, all within a 5-minute walk. The apartment does not offer breakfast, but several cafés and bakeries nearby serve morning options. The dining table inside each unit provides a convenient spot for meals.

For active recreation, the nearby Guadalquivir River provides kayaking and canoeing rentals (typically available from the Triana Bridge area, a 12-minute walk away). Otherwise, the hotel's leisure proposition is purely location-driven: exploring the historic centre, squares, and parks on foot or by bike. There are no on-site wellness facilities.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms. A lift serves the building, making upper-floor apartments accessible. There is no 24-hour reception; access arrangements and key collection are organised in advance. Luggage storage can be arranged if needed. On-site parking is not available, so arriving by car requires planning ahead for nearby public garages. The property offers cots for families.
