The immediate area is not pedestrian-friendly; most dining and entertainment options require a car. The neighborhood has security concerns, reflected in the hotel's 1.8-meter perimeter fence and locked gate at night, which assures a sense of security for those arriving by car. For airport arrivals, a taxi or rideshare is necessary; drive time to the terminal is about 10 minutes in light traffic.

Room types include standard king and queen suites, with the king suites offering a sofa bed. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and a private bathroom.
